gluten free chocolate chai muffins


This is a super easy recipe, but they're perfect for fall.

Ingredients:
Gluten free pantry muffin and scone mix
Chocolate chips
Eggs
Vanilla
Milk
Butter
Cinnamon

Follow directions on mix, but heat milk and steep two chai tea bags. Let cool before adding to mix. Stir in chocolate chips to taste. Add cinnamon. After muffins have cooled, sprinkle cinnamon on top. Serve.
